It may not exactly be regarded as the Shroud of Turin, but Norwalker Joseph McCaffrey believes he has discovered the spitting image of Jesus Christ in a blob of ink on the very pages of The Hour. “I didn’t see it at first, but as I was reading the paper, I said to my wife, the movie section is blotted out with ink and held it up for her to see,” McCaffrey said. “And she shouted, ‘It’s Jesus!’ ” Eager to share the astounding image, McCaffrey snapped a picture of the May 2 edition and circulated it to his friends to see if they could see what he and his wife, Wendy believe they saw.
Police say the 19-year-old suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings exchanged gunfire with law enforcement for an hour while holed up in a boat before being captured.

BERLIN (AP) — Berlin police on Wednesday released photos an English-speaking teenage boy who wandered into the city nine months ago saying he had been living for the last five years in the forest with his father.
Police spokesman Thomas Neuendorf said all attempts to identify the boy since he emerged in the German capital on Sept. 5 have been unsuccessful, and they are now hoping the release of his photo may produce some leads.

WILTON— Around 6 a.m. last Thursday, an eyewitness said a small white van driving on Silver Spring Road stopped in front of a house, while the passenger stuck a shotgun barrel out the window and fired a single shot and killed a turkey walking along the road, police said. The assailants immediately drove away leaving the turkey behind. Police said no shell casings or any other evidence was found at the scene other than the dead turkey.
